What a fun question! Too bad I don't have an easy answer :) My days are so different that it's hard to find things that I do every day (besides things like sleep and eat). However, there are some things I do *most* days, so we'll go with that. I really want to say that the best part of my day is the late afternoon when the sunlight floods my room because it is so beautiful and it makes me so happy! But obviously that is only during sunny days and during certain times of the year. So my real answer is my "wake up" hour.
In the past year or so, I discovered that when I gave myself time in the morning to wake up slowly, my days are much more productive and I am a happier person. I also have more energy (usually). During this time I check my email, post/interact on IG, make my daily to-do list, and read a bit. It usually takes about an hour. The days when I have to get up and go, I notice a difference! Thankfully, I get this routine most days and the days I can't do it, I am able to handle things well. Isn't it funny the little things that can help our days go more smoothly? What is the best part of your day? Do you have more regular things in your life than I do?
