Thoughtful Thursday // Favorite & Hardest Part Of Your Job

Do you ever feel like we complain a lot about our work? (Am I complaining by mentioning this? Wouldn't that be ironic?) While we shouldn't ignore the hard things, I want to encourage us to celebrate the good things too! So let's share our favorite and least favorite parts of our jobs!

"What is the hardest part of your day job? What is your favorite part?"

I would say that the hardest part of my job is content creation. Sometimes I get on a role and the ideas come faster than I can write them down but other times... it's a struggle. What makes it so hard is that I feel like the quality of what I do create is not what I want it to be and that makes me sad. Constantly coming up with quality content is not something I"m naturally gifted at so that's the hardest part for me.

My favorite part is the session itself because I get to interact with my clients!!! I love that time, the conversation, and seeing the interactions between my clients. If I'm allowed a second favorite part it's editing! I love it so much I also do it as it's own job!

I hope that you have a job that you love so much that even the hard parts are worth it. If you don't, I'm sorry and I hope you can experience that someday. No matter how we feel about our jobs, I hope we are all grateful to have work!
