Let's Talk About Siblings

That photo is not me and my brothers but it could be (minus the blond hair). I have two younger brothers which has been good and bad, depending on the day and what they are doing :) But seriously, I love my brothers and I have so many good memories of growing up with them.

We did the weirdest things growing up. We played "poker", "exercised", played all kinds of imaginary games (we liked to play wolves in the snow), and much, much more! As we've grown, we found different interests and now we don't do as many things together anymore but I have a "thing" with each brother.

My brother J and I are into baseball. I'm a die-hard Detroit Tigers fan (even when it is extremely painful) and while my mom is happy to listen to me, I try not to go on and on to her since she isn't as interested. J will listen and care almost as much. It's kind of funny, he played all growing up and is into baseball as a whole, but I'm the bigger fan of our home team. Go figure.

With my other brother, M, our thing is movie scores and instrumental music. We are kind of geeky about it. Our dad can hear and care about music in movies, but our mom and J basically don't recognize music in movies. It's so obvious to me and M that we can't understand it. In this case, M is way better at recognizing and putting songs with names. It's almost spooky sometimes. We tell each other about new soundtracks and the like that we think the other person might like.

Those are my biological siblings. I consider myself to have three more brothers and three sisters. These are my life-friends; the people we three grew up with and the people I know I'll never lose completely out of my life. I hope you have at least one person like that because it is such a blessing.

Who in these pictures do I look like? I have had people thinking that these girls were my actual sisters and we don't see it!! Although, the girl to the left of me in the picture on the right, some of our baby pictures look freakishly similar! Do you know which boys are my biological brothers? :)
