First Half Gratitude List

For the I-don't-even-know-what-number-year I am keeping a dedicated gratitude list in November. It's things that make me happy, that bless me, or that I am thankful for, big or small. I aim for at least one thing per day but some days I get more.

What I find that this exercise does for me is make me notice a lot more of the small things in life that I would otherwise overlook. I also can struggle with happiness when I'm super busy or when we have a ton of gray, rainy days in a row, so focusing on finding things to be thankful for helps my mood.
