Downtown Brighton has such a cute look and perfectly incorporates some nature into the small town charm of the urban setting. I am captivated by the buildings and unique features like the open-air amphitheater. Right now, these photos are all iPhone images, because the night I picked to go location scouting happened to be during an art fair weekend. People were EVERYWHERE! At a later date, I will update this post with more official photos, as well as ones that showcase more of the bridges and water areas.
The main street has so many cute shops with benches and there are plants/flowers everywhere. Summer looks really good on Downtown Brighton, and I don't know this for sure, but I get the feeling that they go all out for all as well. This is a perfect location for someone who wants a blend of urban and nature in their gallery. Another perk is that they have lots of free public parking within easy walking distance to the downtown area! Recommended for: Families with older kids and High School Seniors NOTE: There is a Farmer's Market from 8-1 on Saturdays, May thru October. So keep that in mind when scheduling sessions. We also should check on extra fairs and festivals. A lot goes on in Brighton!

Hi! I'm Sarah!
I am a natural light portrait photographer. I've been taking photos since 2014 and would eat a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe for lunch everyday if I could. Thank you so much for stopping by. I blog about sessions, things I'm learning, stuff in my life, and information for YOU, my client. If you like what you see around the site, I'd love to work with you! I'd also love to connect with you on Instagram. I'm @sarah_jayne_photo :) Archives
