Besides Flowers, Will May Bring Freedom?

It seems like it's been months but really it hasn't been as long as it feels. Once again, I can't really say what will happen and I'm not making plans, but I do know of a few things that can't be cancelled :)

First off, the weather is steadily getting warmer. This means that as soon as photographer is on the "allowed" list of activities, we can start doing outdoor sessions! Outdoor sessions give us some space, which is probably a good thing.

Second, I have a pretty big and exciting anniversary coming this month. I'll be doing a series of blog posts about it (because it's a long story), so keep an eye out for that!!

Finally, several friends and family members have birthdays this month, so I have cards to send and phone calls to make to do whatever I can to make their day special, despite the circumstances.

I do have to say, things are getting pretty sophisticated as we get further and further into this thing. My church online service has gotten fancier, my young adult group has added graphics and lyrics and a Zoom "after party" so people can chat and hang out. My church also started online Sunday School as of the last Sunday in April.

I've been baking and trying new, fun recipes. I'm not great at taking photos of my projects (probably because I'm not a food blogger) but I am planning to share with you guys a few examples of what I've been up to, so you can also be on the lookout for that as well.

Obviously the biggest thing we are looking forward to is something we don't know when it will happen - freedom!!!
