 Rhys is ONE!!! Where did that year go? I am quickly becoming convinced that rescheduled sessions are never bad because by not doing his photos closer to his birthday, we got to incorporate snow and Christmas decor!
This session was made possible because I have a 28mm lens and I know how to use my flash! Indoor sessions are so much more fun now!

 Do you have a lot of boxes left over from Christmas? Don't throw them out! And don't recycle them either (at least not yet). Boxes are a child's favorite toy, didn't you know? Next year, you can save a lot of money :) But seriously, save those boxes and give them to your kids and watch what happens.
 While Christmas is over, you may still have one or two holiday parties left and odds are, you have participated or will participate in a Secret Santa exchange this season. I've have done SS for many years and while it is very fun, it can be challenging to pick out gifts sometimes. This year, I heard a fabulous new idea: themed Secret Santa exchanges!

 2021 brought some amazing people in front of my camera and a lot of firsts for SJP. I got to experience new locations, try new things with my clients who are the best when it comes to adventures, and got some pretty incredible tools to help my business grow going forward!!!
 This year I took all of January off of social media (which for me means Instagram) and it was the best!!!! I did miss a few of my friends' accounts, especially the one who was renovating an old house, but overall, it was so refreshing and I kind of didn't want to go back :) Just being honest. I am planning to do the same thing in 2022 and want to challenge you to do it with me!
 World War Two is probably my favorite time in history to learn about because I love reading about the brave men and women who risked it all to stand up to great evil. Their stories inspire me and cause me to wonder what I would have done if I lived then. Bonhoeffer is one of my "heroes" and everyone knows about Corrie ten Boom, but a lesser-known group is that of The White Rose.
 I previously did a post on fun things to do in the snow, but these are great winter/Christmas activities for your family! The best part is, they can be done with kids of just about any age!
 Do you have a lot of kids and not a lot of wall space? You do not have to hang an individual photo of each child! There are very simple and easy ways to display photos of your family while not taking up all of your wall space.
 Whether it is her first baby or her fifth, moms can use help when they bring a new little one home. I would almost argue that they can use more help the more kids they already have but no matter what, you can be a blessing to that mother with a brand new baby.
