 Trees are beautiful. I love looking at a tall, green tree, or driving through "forests". I just really love trees. Most people do and most people think they are great backdrops for their photos. While they can be beautiful scenery, they have to be utilized in a specific way in order to have the lovely light and skin tones that we want for your photos!!

 Every once in a while, Instagram ads are worth something. It was through an Instagram ad that I found Light & Airy Mobile Presets. I've been on their email newsletter list for some time and their recent email was about how you can easily save your kids' artwork without cluttering up your home! They've graciously given me permission to share their advice with you!
 Digital photography is a blessing and curse. We don't have to worry about using up precious film or the expense of printing every photos, but that often leads to more photos than we'd ever need. I know. I'm an over-shooter :)
Labeling and organizing photos can seem so daunting, especially if you are just starting the process. Figuring out the best system for you might take some trial and error but it will be SO worth it, I can promise you!!!  We had one shot at this. With work and school and more than half a dozen schedules to work out, it was this or nothing. I'd been praying for good weather since we set the date and woke up to the biggest thunderstorm I'd heard in a long time.
Praise the Lord, the rain stopped in plenty of time, the ground was not a muddy mess, and we had pretty nice weather, all things considered!  Little girls with cute headbands and little boys with adorable hats. Bow ties & sunglasses. How do people get babies and small children to wear these delightful accessories? It's not as complicated as you might think.
 I love the editing process. I love seeing the photos come to life and creating something absolutely beautiful for my clients. But not all photographers feel that way. Maybe they once did, but things have changed and now editing is a chore at best and a bottleneck at worst. Does that sound like you? I have news you might want to hear.
 Yes, you read that right. I don't conduct my business through phone calls or text messaging. It probably sounds insane, but I'm going to explain why I made this very intentional decision and how it affects the ENTIRE client experience!
 Time might be playing with us this year but when it comes to Graham, the year has absolutely FLOWN by! I can hardly believe he is already one!!
