April Adventures

Which goes faster? Time... or grass growing in the spring? My dad said the other day that he thought the grass looked noticeably longer at dinner than it did that morning! Spring for me is a game with the weather. Can I squeeze in time to mow between rainstorms?

Well, I did some pretty neat things this month, (when I wasn't mowing :), and baseball is back so that's exciting! We started 5-0 and were the last undefeated team in the Majors! There have been some ups and downs but we haven't fallen under .500, which is HUGE!

Let's see how I did with my goals.

• Spring clean my room. CHECK! And no spiders to be found :)
• Finish last year's Tiger scrapbook. CHECK!
• Watch the eclipse. Big CHECK!!!! It was so cool and we had a nice time with our relatives.
• Relive our trip out West. Check. We didn't watch as many videos as I had hoped but we went through our scrapbooks and I read my journal entries from those weeks. It was interesting to see what I did and did not record.

I did not achieve my business goals. Editing got pushed to May and the Novella sessions kept getting pushed to the backburner. However, I had two senior sessions this month!

This month held some wonderful quality time with friends - parties, movie nights, walks - and we celebrated a friend's confirmation. I got to do a craft night at the library and my friend had her baby boy! My mom and I went to see Unsung Hero and it was REALLY good!
